SOETECK SY-LI Series 51.2 V Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (LiFePO4) for Lead-Acid Battery Replacement is designed as a plug-and-play upgrade for motive-power and stationary systems that currently rely on lead-acid blocks. Delivering 5.12 kWh at a nominal 51.2 V / 100 Ah, the module weighs just 40 kg, roughly one-third of an equivalent lead-acid pack, while offering a service life of ≥ 3000 cycles under 0.5 C, 80 % DOD conditions.
A highly integrated, low-consumption BMS monitors cell balance and controls charge or discharge currents up to 100 A continuous. Self-discharge is capped at ≤ 3 % per month, supporting long standby intervals. The battery operates safely from –20 °C to 55 °C and carries an IP6X enclosure rating, making it suitable for dusty warehouses, outdoor cabinets, and mobile platforms.
Direct CC/CV charging between 57 V – 57.6 V accelerates turnaround time, while an end-off voltage of 45 V preserves cell integrity. Series connection is permitted for up to two units; parallel operation requires a voltage delta ≤ 2 V. These characteristics allow the this series battery to lower total cost of ownership through reduced maintenance, lighter logistics, and longer lifespan in AGVs, RV house banks, solar hybrid storage, and emergency reserve systems.
The SOETECK SY-LI Series 51.2 V Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (LiFePO4) for Lead-Acid Battery Replacement currently features model LUB51100PA, rated at 51.2 V / 100 Ah with a continuous current ceiling of 100 A. Housed in a 522 × 240 × 218 mm IP6X enclosure and weighing 40 kg, it offers superior energy density and ≥ 3000-cycle durability. Future capacity variants will share the same BMS architecture and connection guidelines (series ≤ 2; parallel ΔV ≤ 2 V), ensuring straightforward scaling within mixed battery banks.
