Meeting Discussions
On the morning of February 19, we warmly welcomed our partners from the Middle East’s “Pearl of the Desert.” Over four days, we engaged in discussions about the region’s economic environment and the client’s development history and future plans. The client expressed confidence in our collaboration, addressing recent issues and proposing targeted solutions. Our management team took this feedback seriously, conducting thorough analysis and discussions to ensure we understood every key aspect of our partnership. Both parties agreed that improving communication and feedback channels would help promptly address issues and facilitate smoother cooperation.
Factory Tour
On the afternoon of February 19, SEO Semon led the team on a tour of our factory and showroom. The advanced showroom displayed a variety of samples highlighting our R&D capabilities and innovations. The clients explored the production line and inspected our operations, offering valuable suggestions on factory layout and future product directions. This feedback will significantly advance our mutual progress. We will consider these suggestions to optimize our production processes and product designs, enhancing overall competitiveness.
Supplier Visits
In the following two days of a busy schedule, we visited several collaborating suppliers. During our on-site inspection of the battery production base in Huangshan, Anhui, we clearly demonstrated the synergistic competitiveness of lead-acid batteries and gel batteries to the clients: leveraging the mineral and recycling resource network of the Yangtze River Delta, we solidified our battery products’ advantages in high cost-performance power assurance and adaptability to extreme environments through alloy plate process upgrades and gel electrolyte innovations. This also showcased our capability to precisely match the needs of backup power for base stations, new energy storage, and critical power for data centers. This visit reinforced client confidence in our “transparent supply chain”—from raw material sourcing to emergency delivery responses, every step exemplified our commitment to “zero supply chain risk.”
New Products Sharing
On the final day of the client’s visit, we summarized the achievements of this trip together. SOETECK’s products, technology, and R&D departments showcased our latest offerings, including AI-ready data centers, fan-wall air conditioners, and modular UPS systems. Through enhanced communication, we aimed to bridge the information gap between the market and product development, striving to launch data center infrastructure equipment that better meets market demands.
The product department detailed SOETECK’s latest AI-ready data center solutions, explaining how they effectively address localized hotspot issues caused by high-density computing in the AI era and respond to the needs for data center renovations and expansions driven by computing power growth. Meanwhile, the R&D team discussed how to leverage the latest AI technologies to enhance product intelligence, ensuring we provide clients with more efficient, reliable, and smart green ICT infrastructure equipment in the AI era. The clients showed great interest in this and expressed a desire to collaboratively develop more innovative products that meet market demands in future cooperation.
