What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard 24-month warranty on all main units and 12 months for accessories. If any defect occurs due tomanufacturing issues, we provide free spare parts or replacement units in the next shipment.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models, the MOQ is 10 units. For customized products (OEM), the MOQ starts at 500 units depending on thecomplexity of the customization. We support sample orders (1-2 units) for quality testing.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services for custom projects?
Yes, we have a dedicated R&D team with over 15 years of experience. We can customize product housing, firmware, andpackaging.
